So here it is folks, favorite things to get you over the hump. Lets talk for a moment about this Serena & Lily bed. Usually I avoid footboards at all costs (they just don't mix with tall people, 6'3" to be exact) but I am beyond obsessed with the cane detail and the distressed gray finish. What could be better? Well maybe adding some monogrammed shams, even giving the man his own monogrammed pillow like in this pin. Another favorite is the brand new Bobbi Brown palette. I've said it before and I'll say it again, her palettes rock. And last forever. Also a book on how to mix up the perfect Southern cocktail? Sign me up. And lastly, lets discuss lavender. After staying with a co-worker during an out of town install, she let me in on one of the most amazing little relaxing secrets around: lavender oil. A few drops on your wrists and the bottoms of your feet before you go to bed, and you'll be in a relaxing heaven dreaming of lavender fields en Provence. I'm obsessed. Give it a try!
